WELCOME!

Congratulations! Get ready for one of the most exciting and memorable moments in your lives.

Your marriage ceremony acknowledges and honors the commitment you've made to each other and lets your friends and family know how special and important this relationship is in your life. The words you choose for your ceremony will tell people what this awesome partnership means to you.

It would be a privilege for me to be your wedding officiant and work with you to create a personal and intimate ceremony that truly reflects you and your love for each other.

Please provide your information via my Contact Me page to set a date for a consultation. You can also email me at [email protected] or by phone/text/voicemail at (908)208‑6130. Not a New Jersey resident or won't be here soon? Let me know if you'd like to set up our initial meeting via Skype or Facetime.

Thanks for visiting my site. I look forward to meeting (and marrying) you soon.

Richard Cash, Officiant

What I Believe

I believe that all love is divine and I respect all relationships. I welcome every one of all faiths, beliefs, cultures and traditions.

I meet couples from all over New Jersey, across the country and around the world. Each is unique, having their own ideas and vision about what they want to include in their wedding ceremony. I’ve performed ceremonies that have included the unity sand, unity candle, sawing the log (hysterical and a huge hit), wine box & love letter, recognition of children, hand binding, hand washing, presentation of roses to mothers, poems read by family members or friends, and so much more.

When choosing a wedding officiant to perform your ceremony, you want someone who respects your relationship and listens to you. Someone who understands your needs and wishes, and incorporates them into your ceremony. As your wedding celebrant, I promise all this and more.

This is what you can expect from me: trust, empathy, compassion, creativity, warmth, humor and friendship.

Love from my couples!

Every couple, including you, has their own idea about what they want to include in their ceremony. The photos on this page and in my Photo & Video Gallery capture different intimate moments during the ceremony – hand fasting, ring exchange, declaration of marriage – and will give you a real glimpse into the happiness, joy and excitement of two people saying “I do.”
